Policies and FAQs

All ready-to-ship items ship within 2-3 business days of purchasing either through USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your item.  If your item is made-to-order, please refer to the specified shipping time in the specific item listing.  Items shipped within the United States will arrive within 2-7 business days.  Tracking information will be included with your order.  Please note: Best Wishes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail.

We offer international shipping as well!  All international orders are shipped through USPS First Class International Mail.  Please note that some countries to charge custom fees or additional taxes in order to pick up an international package.  These fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed.  Please be aware of your specific country's guidelines.  I will not falsify information or mark an order as being a gift in order for you to avoid these fees.


All items are considered final sale, and all refunds and exchanges will be done on a case by case basis.  That being said, I want nothing more than for you to be completely in love with your order, so if for some reason you are not please email me at hello@bybestwishes.com to discuss the possibility of a return or exchange. Be sure to include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of any damage, etc. that needs to be noted.

Once we have received your email and reviewed your refund or exchange request we will contact you with notification of whether or not you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and these will not be reimbursed. Please contact us PRIOR to shipping your item back, if we find that you are ineligible for a refund, we will not be responsible for shipping an item back to you unless you've paid for second time shipping.

After your item has been received and checked, we will notify you of the action that is being taken. If the item is being exchanged a new item will ship within 5 business days to replace the damaged item. In the case of a refund, we will credit you back with your original form of payment within 24 hours. Please note that processing of a refund can take several days, if you do not see it credited back to your account please contact your credit card company or financial institution to see what their policies and time frames are for crediting back to your account.

Payment is required to be made in full at the time of check out. Acceptable payment methods include credit or debit card or Paypal. All made-to-order and custom paintings are expected to be paid prior to beginning on the art.


Do You Do Custom Art?
YES!  My books are now open for 2024.  To book a custom painting, brand design, mural or other project with me, please fill out the form here.  Please include a description of your idea for the design as well as the size you'd like, event date (if applicable) and your budget for the project.  Custom art starts at $200. (Please note:  I do not accept custom orders for anything smaller than an 8x10 inch painting.)  Custom art spots are first come, first served.  I do offer rush shipping options when possible for an additional fee.

Order Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order before it has shipped please reach out to hello@bybestwishes.com within 12 hours after placing your order for accommodation. We are unable to cancel an order if the items have already shipped. All order cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover the various fees associated with processing an order.
